My October Hive Power Progress

I am out on most of Hive secondary tokens as of now but with the proceeds I moved it into Hive Power. My increased staked has now got me to a KE value below one therefore my end of year goal has been reached.

Over on Hivestats.io it is listing that I am earning a curation reward apr above 15% and if I include +3% in staking Hive I am close to a 18% annual yield in earned Hive. This is better than prior months, but the price of Hive is steadily declining. This is apart of crypto and hopefully prices will stabilize.

My author rewards still far exceed that of curation which means I have to stay very active to continue earning crypto. Something I have gotten use in recent months.

Looking ahead with my Hive goals hit for 2025 I will be aiming to boost my Splinterlands investments stake. I am specifically focusing on staking more SPS. As of now I have close to 150k but goal is to hit 250k and if I can do it by year end that would be excellent.

If peakmonsters stats are accurate I am earning a little over 1,000 SPS a month at today's SPS prices. So my worse case is hitting 150k staked SPS for end of 2025, but of course I will be spending my extra liquidity into staking more SPS.

Another alternative is to purchase License Validators which seem to be at a reasonable discount compare to current prices in game. This may not be the best in ROI for SPS but it will provide skin in the game as it is a very costly investment. The lowest open market price of a License that was sold a couple weeks ago was under 1500 Hive. Unfortunately I did not have enough liquidity to seize the opportunity as of now the lowest prices is close to 2100 Hive.

The main path I am attempting is to continue staking SPS to accumulate more staked SPS and Vouchers. This is the simplest as I earn passively and remain liquid. The lower APR in rewards for staking SPS is a drawback since I can probably get twice the return if the asset was in Hive. For now I will continue the path of stacking SPS in hopes to reach my Splinterlands' goal.
