My Hive Power Progress April 26
Another month has pass and I have increased my HP stake ever so slightly. I am above top 500 in overall HP staked and look forward to continue advancing as my end of year goal is to hit 50k.
My main activity in earning the most HP is still posting followed by curation. For passive earnings I delegate majority of my staked HP to earn more HP.
Stats from my last month earnings in HP was steady other than a +1k HP stake on the day I swap most of my liquid DEC into swap.hive. With that I was able to grow my overall HP by another 3%. I had majority of the month posting which I hope to transfer over since this is my first post in new month of April.
I actually have not posted for over three days therefore my author awards will be falling off a clip for a few days. In order to be able to earn consistently I will have to try to post consistently.
I can not wait until altcoin season rises again and prices of tokens like Hive will go back to all time highs. This to me seems like a good time to continue accumulating HP while prices are low.

Just curious why would you think delegating is helping your account growth? You would be growing faster curating and supporting others. You have a vote value of 0.35 Hive so 10 votes daily would earn 1.75 Hive daily in curation rewards and hope your delegation earns you more as this would directly impact your growth. You are throwing away 8-10 Hive daily through delegation and missing out on curation rewards.
I have not really looked over how curation rewards are for many years but in the past I have found delegating allows larger pools of HP vote and distribution yields better for me than my own manual curating. I am aware I won't get full potential in earnings.
Ok. As long as you are aware. I would check exactly what your HP offers as a vote versus your delegating rewards because I think you will find your method you are losing.
