The rain gently washed over the trails this yesterday morning, making the ground just wet enough to feel alive and mooshy. I kicked off the day with a jog, accepting a slightly soggy run in exchange for that fresh, post-rain scent. Once the showers passed, the skies opened up.
Also there was this on trails yesterday, not sure what to make of it:

I’ve been micromanaging a few $HBD trades here and there—nothing aggressive, just riding the nano-waves and picking off small gains.
The slow but steady climb in $HIVE is encouraging; the market is showing more confidence after recent dips. It may not be flashy, but the momentum is real, and that’s what counts in steady stacking.

Big moves are happening in the #inleo space—$LOLZ is eye-wateringly cheap right now! $LOLZ is trading at astronomically low prices.
Inspired by those dirt-cheap rates, I fattened up my stake by over 17k, now holding 90.6k $LOLZ—mostly just yesterday alone. Fun story: I accidentally staked some to my $CTP account, which sounds clumsy until you’ve done the same—maybe I’ll call that a "bonus position."

A trade blunder to watch for: I missed a liquidation notice—XV has officially been closed out. In the middle of tracking small wins and jumping onto rising tokens, I discovered I’d completely missed a liquidation event—the XV position got wiped.

The run on $LEO & $LSTR is strong—seriously, get a little before it's too late. Momentum in $LEO and LSTR is hard to ignore—both are stacking value steadily and attracting consistent interest from the #inleo community. LEO’s price hovers around soon around $1.
While LSTR continues to grow its hodler base. The market mechanics—stake, drip, utility—are aligning to strengthen both tokens even if the moves aren’t moonshots yet. Personally, I having'em both to ride the wave of community increase, token scarcity, and utility play. My advice? Grab any size position now, and let time and blockchain compounding do the rest.

Currently, it is widely recommended to aim for 10,000 steps per day for optimal health benefits. However, recent data analysis indicates that taking 5,000 to 7,000 steps daily provides the same health advantages as reaching 10,000 steps. Additionally, exceeding 7,000 steps does not offer any extra health benefits!
