En esta oportunidad les comparto un llavero de Rayo McQueen en limpiapipas, un persona animado muy conocido por aparecer como protagonista en Cars, este tierno carrito de color rojo se puede realizar de diferentes formas incluso en limpiapipas, me inspiré de una versión tejida y la verdad amé el resultado.

This time I'm sharing a Lightning McQueen keychain made from pipe cleaners, a well-known animated character who stars in Cars. This cute little red car can be made in different ways, even with pipe cleaners. I was inspired by a knitted version and I really loved the result.

Este llavero me lo encargó una vieja compañera de clases de la universidad, ella ya había visto varias publicaciones en limpiapipas y me dijo que me tenía un reto de realizar esta bella figura, y por supuesto que dije que sí, es mi primera vez realizando un carrito y acepté.

This keychain was commissioned by an old classmate from university. She had seen several posts about pipe cleaners and told me she had a challenge for me to make this beautiful figure, and of course I said yes. It's my first time making a car and I accepted.

Paso a paso / Step by step

Les cuento que el primer paso para mí fué el más complicado ya que me tocó hacer la forma de base del carro, pensé en varias opciones para adaptar la forma y no se me daba, me tocó hacerla como 4 veces, hasta que tomé algodón, adhesivo y fue tomando forma, con ayuda de una tijera y de mis dedos pude dar la forma.

I'll tell you that the first step for me was the most complicated since I had to make the base shape of the car. I thought of several options to adapt the shape and I couldn't get it right. I had to do it about 4 times, until I took cotton, adhesive and it started to take shape. With the help of scissors and my fingers I was able to give it the shape.

Luego seleccioné los limpiapipas rojos, para comenzar a cubrir la figura, esta vez los usaremos lisos, comenzando por la parte delantera hasta llegar al final, teniendo mucho cuidado de no dejar restos de silicón adheridos al limpiapipas.

Then I selected the red pipe cleaners to begin covering the figure. This time we will use smooth ones, starting from the front and working our way to the end, taking great care not to leave any silicone residue on the pipe cleaner.

Luego de cubrir toda la figura y nivelar con el mismo limpiapipas, voy a realizar las ruedas del carro, utilicé la mitad de un limpiapipas para cada rueda, realicé un círculo y pegamos, con una pequeña parte de limpiapipas otro círculo y colocamos encima.

After covering the entire figure and leveling it with the same pipe cleaner, I made the wheels of the cart. I used half a pipe cleaner for each wheel, made a circle and glued it on, and with a small part of a pipe cleaner, made another circle and placed it on top.

Luego continuamos con los ojos, con limpiapipas blanco y negro, así como también agregamos pequeños detalles como lo es el logo de rayo y el número 95, esto lo hice en foami amarillo y difumine un poco de color naranja.

Then we continued with the eyes, using black and white pipe cleaners, and we also added small details such as the lightning bolt logo and the number 95. I made this in yellow foam and blended a little orange color.
