Greetings dear friends of Hive DIY, happy Saturday to all, I hope you had a beautiful and blessed week and that your projects were completed. April is almost over and it feels like the months are passing by very quickly. On another note, today I'm sharing another keychain I made this week.

En esta oportunidad me pidieron un llavero de limpiapipas inspirado en uno de los personajes de BT21, que básicamente son parte del grupo musical BTS, este personaje se llama Tata, y es una figura con cabeza de corazón y cuerpo de color azul también tiene una capa de color amarillo.

This time I was asked to make a pipe cleaner keychain inspired by one of the BT21 characters, who are basically part of the musical group BTS. This character is called Tata, and he is a figure with a heart-shaped head and a blue body; he also has a yellow cape.

Cuando me mostraron la imágen de este personaje tuve que buscar más ya que no lo conocía, en Pinterest tenemos muchos ideas tejidas así que me guíe de ellas para realizar mi proyecto con limpiapipas, a continuación los materiales y el paso a paso.

When I was shown the image of this character I had to search further since I didn't know it. On Pinterest we have many knitting ideas so I used them as a guide to carry out my pipe cleaner project. Below are the materials and the step-by-step instructions.

Paso a paso / Step by step

El primer paso que vamos a realizar será seleccionar el anime a utilizar, realizar la forma de cabeza y cuerpo sobre el anime y luego cortar, utilicé una herramienta casera para cortar y afinar la figura, también puedes cubrirla con cinta.

The first step we will take is to select the anime to use, draw the shape of the head and body on the anime and then cut it out. I used a homemade tool to cut and refine the figure, you can also cover it with tape.

Ahora vamos a enrollar los limpiapipas color rojo en un palillo y comenzamos a cubrir el corazón que es la cabeza de la figura desde el borde hasta llegar al centro por ambos lados, también coloqué un alambre incrustado en el anime para que se sostenga.

Now we're going to wrap the red pipe cleaners around a toothpick and start covering the heart, which is the head of the figure, from the edge to the center on both sides. I also placed a wire embedded in the foam to hold it up.

Ahora vamos a cubrir de color azul el cuerpo, comenzando desde las piernas hasta la parte superior, en el centro d corazón voy a fijar un palillo de madera con silicón así mismo unimos el cuerpo de la misma forma.

Now we are going to cover the body in blue, starting from the legs to the top. In the center of the heart, I am going to fix a wooden stick with silicone, and we will join the body in the same way.

Luego realicé los brazos y pegamos, en la parte trasera con foami de color amarillo realicé una capa y pegamos, ahora con limpiapipas de color amarillo cubrimos la parte delantera y trasera formando una especie de amarre.

Then I made the arms and glued them on. On the back, I made a layer of yellow foam and glued it on. Now, with yellow pipe cleaners, we covered the front and back, forming a kind of tie.

El siguiente paso es realizar la boca con limpiapipas color amarillo en forma de circulo, luego los ojos con limpiapipas color negro, y las cejas.

The next step is to make the mouth with yellow pipe cleaners in the shape of a circle, then the eyes with black pipe cleaners, and the eyebrows.

Por último con ayuda de adhesivo retiramos el exceso de pelusa y si es necesario con una tijera pequeña con mucho cuidado retirar aquellas partes mínimas donde quede silicón adherido.

Finally, using adhesive, we remove the excess lint and, if necessary, carefully remove any small parts where silicone remains attached with small scissors.
