La semana pasada finalicé el semestre por lo que en una de las asignaciones debía entregar un caso hipotético, debía ser escrito a mano y cuando se trata de entregar un trabajo me gusta que sea representable tanto por fuera como por dentro, mi caso era sobre la diabetes y por ende debía realizar algo bonito para entregarlo.

Last week I finished the semester, so one of the assignments required me to submit a hypothetical case. It had to be handwritten, and when it comes to submitting work, I like it to be presentable both inside and out. My case was about diabetes, so I had to create something nice to submit.

Decore una carpeta tamaño carta con dibujos alusivos a la diabetes, como una gota de sangre con glucómetro utilicé un fondo azul y negro para las letras, a pesar de ser sencillo me gustó mucho el resultado porque se adapta para la ocasión, a continuación los materiales y el paso a paso.

I decorated a letter-size folder with drawings alluding to diabetes, such as a blood drop with glucometer. I used a blue and black background for the letters. Paso a paso / Step by step

El primer paso que voy a realizar será seleccionar el fondo dea carpeta, elegí el azul claro, pegamos en la parte delantera hasta cubrir por completo.

Luego de esto voy a comenzar a realizar las figuras principales, realicé una gota de sangre en foami rojo simple, también un glucómetro en foami gris con los botones y pantalla en color blanco, segui el patrón de Pinterest que les mencioné al principio.

The first step I'm going to take is to select the folder background. I chose light blue, and I glued it to the front until it was completely covered.

After that, I'm going to start making the main shapes. I made a drop of blood from simple red foam, and also a glucometer from gray foam with white buttons and a white screen. I followed the Pinterest pattern I mentioned at the beginning.

También realicé las letras de Diabetes en color negro, en el lado izquierdo de la carpeta voy a cubrir con una franja de foami blanco escarchado, luego voy a realizar los ojos y la boca a la gota de sangre, aplicamos marcador rojo en el borde del foami.

I also made the letters for Diabetes in black, on the left side of the folder I'm going to cover it with a strip of glittery white foam, then I'm going to make the eyes and mouth with a drop of blood, applying a red marker to the edge of the foam.

También le realizamos sus patitas y manos, ubicamos el glucómetro junto a la gota, apliqué pintura blanca con un algodón dando toques suaves, en la parte superior e inferior coloqué dos franjas de foami azul escarchado, en el centro las letras y en los bordes marcamos pequeñas líneas blancas.

We also made its paws and hands, placed the glucometer next to the drop, applied white paint with a cotton ball using gentle touches, placed two strips of glittery blue foam at the top and bottom, the letters in the center and small white lines on the edges.

Por último realizamos una figura de insulina y una cápsula en color amarillo y rojo, y listo, de esta forma terminé mi carpeta para la uni, una forma fácil y rápida si no tienes mucho tiempo para las manualidades, espero les haya gustado el resultado, muchísimas gracias por el apoyo.
