The lentils I have tried, I make them differently, I add few ingredients including potato and carrot, I think the secret of good lentils lies in the seasoning that you add to them.

Yes I totally agree with the seasoning, however this round I didn't add potatoes because to reset the microbiome (gut good bacteria) starch cannot be introduced just yet because it is not weak microbiome friendly.
I might attempt to add chickpeas next round as I remembered that the introduction mentioned chickpeas allowed 🤔
