Dried fish is so delicious. I used to consume a lot of rice everytime my mother buy this a lot from nearby market. Especially if paired with fresh vinegar from coconut. Also love that fresh vegetable dish we call here "gayay" (sweet potato tops). My sister used to crave that recently to be steamed and paired with canned sardines

Rightttt? It's really the best with vinegar. I haven't tried that one made in coconut though. Oh, "gayay" i'm curious of the process of how you prepare it. UwU

gayay is what we call sweet potato tops in our local dialect
