My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2026

Hey Actifitters,

Another routine workday in the books yesterday. Le Chat waited for us during the day with her favorite activity, sleep on the dog bed on the back deck.

And in the afternoon, after the weather cleared up nicely, leaving just a few beautiful clouds, it was time for our daily walk.

In the small forest behind the front yard, Kaia clearly remembered the adventure from the day before, she was looking for that fox everywhere.

Le Chat felt left behind and called her sister back for some exploration.

Eventually Kaia gave up on searching for that fox and joined Le Chat.

But as usual, I also wanted to go to the bigger forest. That's how some of the trails look like at the moment. What are they going to do?

Kaia doesn't really care, still plenty of obstacles to climb on.

And of course, in the end, she takes the lead, to guide us out of the forest and back home.

On the way back, we started to see the beautiful Moon low on the horizon. By the time we found an open view, a few clouds tried to ruin the scene. But it was still great. The full Flower Moon is officially on Friday, but it was very close to full. Maybe this week end, I'll try and get the small telescope for better photos. Also depends on the weather, we have a freeze advisory (yes it was summer temperatures just a few days ago!) and I'm not sure it will be clear.

And that was it for the day's activities, not a great step count, but it's not too bad for a busy work day. And like I said, we'll try and step it up this week end.
