Dew on White/ Rocío sobre blanco- PhotoFeed Contest Macro Photography Round 115

Hello, photography friends!!! I'm back here again to share these images as part of my entry for round 115 of this Macro Photography contest. If there's one thing that excites me about this Hive experience, it's the way I discover myself in this search for content to share. I'm surprised by the traces of events, images, stories, songs, shadows, poems... And I really enjoy being able to experiment and extract messages that speak to me in each post.

I particularly enjoy photographing tiny details, imperceptible if we don't pay attention, but which are present and add beauty to this world of ours. Spaces like this offer me the ideal setting to continue learning and developing my perceptual and expressive abilities.

Today I'm sharing these shots I took early in the morning, when the dew was still caressing the flowers and the earth. As I stepped out into my backyard for my first breath of fresh air, I noticed dewdrops lingering on the petals of the Vicarias, small flowers whose simplicity makes them elegant and delicate, and whose potential for treating various diseases is well proven within Traditional Natural Medicine.

In the act of contemplation, I couldn't help but associate it with pearls and oysters in the sea. In this case, a green bed supported pearly petals on which round drops of dew resembled beads of the finest crystal, but whose transparency took on the white of the flower depending on the angle from which I perceived them. Therefore, I tried to photograph the event as closely as possible and thus capture that other "face of water" in a different portrait.

Never will contact with the image from the screen of a mobile device or computer be as intense as the live natural experience. However, I believe it's worthwhile for you to enjoy these images, which I've decided to share with you in the hope of refreshing your day and that beauty will set you in the best mood to begin a new day, the first of a new month. Hola, amigos de la fotografía!!!

Nuevamente llego a este espacio para compartirles estas imágenes como parte de mi entrada al round 115 de este concurso de Macrofotografía.

Si algo me entusiasma de esta experiencia de Hive es la manera en que me autodescubro en esa búsqueda de contenidos para compartir. Me sorprendo tras las huellas de sucesos, imágenes, historias, canciones, sombras, poemas… Y disfruto mucho al poder experimentar y sacar mensajes que hablan de mí en cada post.

Particularmente me resulta grato el hecho de fotografiar detalles mínimos, imperceptibles si no prestamos atención pero que están e imprimen belleza a este mundo nuestro. Espacios como este me ofrecen el marco idóneo para continuar aprendiendo y desarrollando mis capacidades perceptuales y expresivas.

Hoy les propongo estas capturas que realicé bien temprano en la mañana, cuando aún el rocío acariciaba los cuerpos de las flores y la tierra. Al salir a tomar la primera inspiración de aire fresco en mi patio, noté como las gotas de rocío permanecían sobre los pétalos de las Vicarias, unas pequeñas flores, cuya sencillez les muestra elegantes, delicadas, y cuyo potencial en el tratamiento de diversas enfermedades está altamente probado dentro de la Medicina Natural Tradicional.

En el acto de contemplación no pude evitar la asociación con las perlas y las ostras en el mar. En este caso, un lecho verde era el sustento de pétalos nacarados en los que las redondas gotas de rocío semejaban cuentas del más fino cristal pero que, en su transparencia, tomaban el blanco de la flor según el ángulo en el que les percibía. Intenté, por ello, fotografiar el hecho lo más cerca posible y así dejar plasmado ese otro “rostro del agua” en un retrato diferente.

Nunca el contacto con la imagen desde la pantalla de un dispositivo móvil o una computadora va a ser tan intenso como la experiencia natural en vivo, sin embargo, creo que vale la pena que disfruten de estas imágenes que decido compartirles con la esperanza de refrescar su día y que la belleza disponga el mejor ánimo para comenzar una nueva jornada, la primera de un nuevo mes. Con Rocío sobre blanco doy la bienvenida al mes de mayo.
