My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2025

One day, I was walking by the river. The leaves of the trees were dancing in the light breeze, and there was a sheet of dark clouds in the sky. Then a lone tree caught my attention.
The tree, which had come so far, standing by the river, was truly courageous. Even though it was alone, it seemed to exude strength and stability. Its leaves sparkled like the sun in the wind.
The silence around it matched the melody of the river waves. The tree and the river seemed to be singing together—one melody, one pace.

Moments like these slowly bring peace to our minds. Nature seems to give us courage and company in our difficult times.

Today suddenly became a story.
In the morning, running behind the clock,
In the afternoon, the joy of browsing the shops in the busy city between work,
And in the afternoon...
Standing on the riverbank in the afternoon,
It felt like time had stopped for me.

The waves danced before my eyes,
My hair was ruffled by the wind,
And a quiet melody was playing inside—
Where fatigue, peace, and happiness met.
