I was very busy all day today.
I started the day with a little exercise in the morning. Body and mind—both need care, right?

Then I cycled around the neighborhood. That feeling of the wind touching my face, as if all the fatigue was blown away.

I went out shopping in the afternoon, some necessary things and some unnecessary needs—all in all, a small outing.

Another day passed like this.
A regular life, but there were also small moments of joy in it.
