It's like running all day today, one job after another. The afternoon was a little different. I suddenly wanted to run a little. After running, I walked for a while, then a little light exercise. How light is the body now? It seems that after a long time I gave myself some time. I did not understand when the day had passed. This is how the days passed, a little busy, a little self-care, and a drop of peace in the end.
