RE: School Shooting in Austria: New info about the shooter emerged, 21 y/o failed the psychological test of the Armed Forces medical exam and was declared unfit for service (with a gun), but later was able to get a gun license (WBK).

Police actually did their job for once. Quick response probably saved lives here. Still want to know what red flags were missed beforehand though. The better the police for the better the justice
