Raining Cats is also amazing and one of spell thst could do a lot in the battle and so you could eliminate a group of fiends that have low HP in the field and may hurt some of those strong armor and those with High HP to be taken into consideration.

One of spells that has a great effect and this on towers as it doesn't have an attacking ability and this one is Gear Grease that are amazing and have also a great effect in towers and this in decreasing its fire interval.

Stew of Doom is also good and so cheap so using it to make explosion for a small group of fiends would have a good effect and help also and this is just for 5 Mana without costing you so much.
