Oh poor you. It was indeed a tough and traumatic experience you had. Imagine going through that after that of the lock down. It would surely make one to break down.

I can relate with your story because I experienced such in the past, many years ago. I've also shared about it here. They equally sent letters to us and visited every home in our neighborhood, including ours. Like yours, some lost their lives in the hands of these heartless boys. They looted our neighborhood, even after engaging security personnels.
I wouldn't wish anyone to experience such trauma because it'll drain you emotionally physically and otherwise.

Thank goodness your community stood up to be on the watch and safeguard the people against these daredevils. That's what community is all about. Glad it's all in the past now.
