Social Media Challenge | Is it worth to use the Heal abilities?
Overview
Today I brought a Wild Brawl battle, where I got a really interesting ruleset, where all the monsters will be able to get back to life with one Health. Usually such a battle is pretty long, so it needs a really careful placement of monsters. 😉
My upcoming Battle ruleset(s)

Ruleset | Description |
---|---|
Beefcakes | You can only summon monsters with five or health. |
Born Again | All Monsters have the Rebirth ability. |
The mana cap for my next battle is 38, which is not that much, but at least I can use some key monsters with higher mana cost. The Beefcakes ruleset will make choosing the best monsters a little bit more difficult, because it will only allows the use of monsters with five or more Health. 😁
Many times the Born Again ruleset will makes the battles more crazy than they are normally is, because all the monsters on the battlefield will have the Reborn ability, which means that if they would die they would be Resurrected back with one Health and all of their Armors. Usually in this ruleset I always try to use some interesting abilities on my monsters such as the Martyr to activate that two times. 😊
My lineup
![]() | Franz Ruffmane is a Life Splinter Summoner and his power is to give +1 Armor to his friendly monsters and will be able to use one additional Gladiator monster in this battle, which means that I can take advantage of their Bloodlust ability. 😎 |
The Imperial Knight is an excellent tank, because he has quite a good amount of Health and Armor, so if he dies he will come back with one Health, but with a lot of Armor. He also has the Heal ability, which is just too perfect to miss out as a tank. 😅 | ![]() |
![]() | Usually the Pelacor Conjurer is not the strongest monster within the Life Splinter and he doesn't have any attack, but many times his high Speed and his Flying ability means a lot to dodge the enemy Melee and Ranged attacks. 😆 |
The Venari Crystalsmith is an old time friend of mine and I won a lot of battles using her back in the old days. Her mana cost is only four and has some Ranged damage, but more importantly she has the Tank Heal ability, which is amazing to provide the extra support needed for my tank in the first position. 😇 | ![]() |
![]() | Ajax Lightfoot will be my Gladiator monster in this battle, which means he has the Bloodlust ability, so if he manages to kill his target he will increase all of his stats by one. He has three Ranged attack damage, but sadly Quix will decrease that by one. He also has high Speed to start every round as soon as possible. 🤗 |
The Djinn Renova will be my main Magic attack damage dealer, because she has three Magic attack on her own. She also has the Triage ability, which is nice to Heal a monster within my backline once per round. Her Strengthen ability will also provide plus one Health to all of her friendly monsters. 😌 | ![]() |
![]() | The Meriput Magician is an excellent Magic attack suppoert monster with the Heal ability. She will try to Heal the monster in the first position in every round. 💪 |
The Battle

My opponent brought Quix the Devious from the Dragon Splitner who has the ability to decrease the Speed and Health of all of his enemies. 😆
The enemy monsters attacked my tank heavily, but luckily he survived until the second round, because their Carnage Titan had Double Strike and that massive damage was just too much to handle for him. The Reborn brought him back to life with one Health, but he got back all of his Armor, which was amazing and even my Magician was able to Heal him up on top of his own Heal.
The damage from my enemies was too much once again and my tank just died against it in the third round. In the fourth round finally my team was able to kill their Grum, but he also came back to life with five Armor. Luckily my Pelacor Conjurer wascrazy good in the first position, because many of the enemy monsters just missed him and he died only in the fifth round. Soon after my team killed their Grum again for good and my Conjurer survived even the fifth round as well with one Health before he received some Heal from my Magician. 😇
In the sixth I lost him again and I lost even my Venari Crystalsmith as well, who came back to life immedietaly. Just before the sixth round was finished my team killed their Titan for the first time, so he used up his Rebirth as well.
In the seventh round they killed my Venari again and before my Ajax died my team killed their Titan again. 🤗
In the eight round my Ajax died and came back, but their Naga did the same as well with the difference that my Ajax got some Heal and was able to outsurvive their Naga who died in the eight round.
We had to wait two full round to be able to kill their Melee attacker and when he died for good their Void Dragon had only one Magic damage against my team who still had a Healer who won the battle for me. 👍

Battle Result
Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?
My strategy was to try to use as much as sustain ability such as the three monsters with the Heal ability in order to live longer than my opponent monsters. Luckily we got rid of the big hitters "early" on, so only one Healer was enough at the end to give more Heal than the enemy damage. 😊
If you would like to use some of my dividers I have created for your blog feel free to use them following this link. 😉
