June 17: SPS Snapshot for Yaba’s Pickle, New Voucher Promo & Survival Mode Returns!
+ I Bought & Opened 11 Starter Packs!
Several new things are coming to Splinterlands that will have a start date of June 17, 2025.
In fact, on June 17 there will be a snapshot of each player's amount of staked SPS that will determine how many copies of Yaba's Pickle card each player can purchase when the General Sale begins (June 24, 2025).
I who have 137582 SPS staked will be able to purchase a maximum of 137 cards = I will be able to purchase 1 card for every 1000 SPS staked.
The cost per single card will be 150 DEC or 150 credits.
Those who want to have top-level Yaba's Pickle must have 400K SPS staked at the time of the snapshot and must spend 60K DEC to buy 400 BCX to combine.
On June 17, 2025, a new card will also be added that can be purchased from the SHOP->EXLUSIVE section and will replace the currently sold Kelan Gaines card.
The new card will be Tasoshi Drakamoto, an Epic card with magic attack whose game stats you can see in the next screensho
Each card will cost 250 VOUCHER and the purchase of 50 cards in a single transaction will guarantee 1 Gold Foil copy.
Survival Mode will also restart on June 17.
The announcement was made in the Splinterlands discord server from which I took the next screenshot.
Compared to the first edition of Survival Mode:
- liquidity bots will be added (bots owned by Splinterlands that do not earn rewards)
- changes will be made to the distribution of the reward pool in SPS tokens.
With the restart of the Survival Mode, my game activity may also undergo changes.
In fact in the Wild Format I am not obtaining good results from the point of view of rewards.
The game results are good because after 12 game sessions I am in the Champion III league.
My earnings in SPS are just enough to cover the cost of Wild Pass and if I have to “not play” using XBOT and only make XBOT earn I prefer not to play in the Wild Format anymore.
I have yet to decide what to do but I will most likely do one last season of testing in the Wild Format in which:
- I will only use the cards that XBOT uses the most.
- I will use the other cards to play in Survival Mode.
- I will delegate a larger amount of SPS to my account playing in the Wild Format.
If after next season the results are still disappointing with my Wild Cards I will only play in Survival Mode because there is no Wild Pass in this format.
My favorite format is always Modern Format because there are no bots and no battle helpers.
I only like to play and have fun if I play against human players like me!
In the current season in the Modern Format I have played far fewer battles than in the previous season but when I have free time I like to play in the Modern Format.
Because I like play in the Modern Format my main short-term goal is to increase the number and level of Arcana Conclave cards in my possession also because I want to increase my point potential when the new Conflicts start.
To increase the Arcana Conclave cards in my possession, I have preferred to focus on buying packs of cards but I only buy packs of cards that have an estimated value higher than the purchase price.
So far I have spent 203000 DEC in purchasing card packs of the Arcana Conclave set and received 2 Mage Wagons.
Today I bought 11 Starter packs because the estimated value was higher than the purchase price of +11.16%
I spent 11000 DEC
I opened the packs of cards and in the next pictures you can see the 55 cards I found.
Thanks to the cards I found in the packs I opened today, I made small steps in upgrading my Arcana Conclave cards:
Bella Ratajowlski: level 1 -> level 2
Phlegmunculus: level 1 -> level 2
I conclude this post by sharing my latest and most recent battle played in Modern Format.

17 Giugno: Snapshot per Yaba’s Pickle, Nuova Carta Promo con Voucher e Ritorna il Survival Mode! + Ho Comprato e Aperto 11 Starter Pack!
Su Splinterlands sono in arrivo diverse novità che avranno come data di inizio il 17 giugno 2025.
Infatti il 17 giugno ci sarà lo snapshot del quantitativo di SPS staked di ogni giocatore che stabilirà quante copie della carta Yaba's Pickle ogni giocatore potrà acquistare quando inizierà la General Sale (24 giugno 2025).
Io che ho 137582 SPS staked potrò acquistare al massimo 137 carte = potrò acquistare 1 carta ogni 1000 SPS staked.
Il costo per singola carta sarà di 150 DEC o 150 credits.
Chi vuole avere Yaba's Pickle di massimo livello deve avere 400K SPS staked al momento dello snapshot e deve spendere 60K DEC per acquistare 400 BCX da combinare.
Il 17 giugno 2025 sarà anche aggiunta una nuova carta acquistabile dalla sezione SHOP->EXLUSIVE che sostituirà la carta attualmente in vendita Kelan Gaines.
La nuova carta sarà Tasoshi Drakamoto, una carta Epica con attacco magico le cui statistiche di gioco puoi vederle nel prossimo screenshot.
Ogni carta avrà un costo di 250 VOUCHER e l'acquisto di 50 carte in un'unica transazione garantirà 1 copia Gold Foil.
Il 17 giugno ripartirà anche il Survival Mode.
L'annuncio è stato fatto nel server discord di Splinterlands da cui ho preso il prossimo screenshot.
Rispetto alla prima edizione del Survival Mode:
- saranno aggiunti i liquidity bots (di proprietà di Splinterlands che non guadagnano rewards)
- saranno apportate modifiche alla distribuzione della reward pool in token SPS.
Con la ripartenza del Survival Mode anche la mia attività di gioco potrebbe subire delle modifiche.
Infatti nel Wild Format non sto ottenendo dei risultati soddisfacenti dal punto di vista delle rewards.
I risultati di gioco sono buoni perchè dopo 12 sessioni di gioco sono nella lega Champion III.
Il mio guadagno in SPS è appena sufficiente per coprire il costo del Wild Pass e se devo "non giocare" usando XBOT e far guadagnare solo XBOT preferisco non giocare più nel Wild Format.
Devo ancora decidere cosa fare ma molto probabilmente farò un ultima stagione di test nel Wild Format in cui:
- utilizzerò solo le carte che XBOT usa di più
- userò le altre carte per giocare nel Survival Mode
- delegherò un quantitativo di SPS maggiore al mio account che gioca nel Wild Format.
Se dopo la prossima stagione i risultati saranno ancora deludenti con le mie Wild Card giocherò solo nel Survival Mode perchè in questo formato non c'è il Wild Pass.
Il mio formato preferito è sempre il Modern Format perchè non ci sono bots e non ci sono battle helpers.
Mi piace giocare e mi diverto solo se gioco contro giocatori umani come me!
Nella stagione in corso nel Modern Format ho giocato molte meno battaglie rispetto alla stagione precedente ma quando ho tempo libero mi piace giocare nel Modern Format e per questo motivo il mio principale obiettivo di breve termine è aumentare il numero e il livello delle carte Conclave Arcana in mio possesso anche perchè voglio aumentare il mio potenziale di punti quando i nuovi Conflicts inizieranno.
Per aumentare le carte Conclave Arcana in mio possesso ho preferito focalizzarmi sull'acquisto dei pacchi di carte ma acquisto solo i pacchi di carte che hanno un valore stimato superiore al prezzo di acquisto.
Fino ad oggi ho speso 203000 DEC nell'acquisto di pacchi di carte del set Conclave Arcana e ho ricevuto 2 Mage Wagons.
Oggi ho acquistato 11 Starter pack perchè il valore stimato era superiore al prezzo di acquisto di +11.16%
Ho speso 11000 DEC
Ho aperto i pacchi di carte e nelle prossime immagini puoi vedere le 55 carte che ho trovato.
Grazie alle carte che ho trovato nei pacchi che ho aperto oggi ho fatto dei piccoli passi in avanti nell'upgrade delle mie carte Conclave Arcana:

Phlegmunculus: level 1 -> level 2

Tutte ottime novità: le carte "speciali" sono un ottimo modo per incentivare i giocatori a fare nuovi acquisti e la modalità Survival aggiungerà di nuovo un po' di varietà!
