dBuzz was functioning yesterday.

Decentralisation does not mean there is no oversight by the community and free reign to scam/exploit the Hive ecosystem.
If the account may be asked for verification if there is suspicion of ecosystem abuse.
If someone does not want to verify on Chain, they can contact us at [email protected].

I do not want to know who cur8 is and what kind of telegram groups you are using. I would recommend staying away from Telegram groups that offer some apps for Hive. Particularly related to Steem in any way.
The link that they give in their reports seems suspicious to me.

The site and the so-called "app" were certainly not created for Hive and by Hive-related dev. By using this app you are likely being hacked, besides promoting on Hive a rogue and hacked platform and blockchain.
