TGLD Presale Details and APR Boost Mechanics | How Tokenized Gold's Presale Will Work

Tokenized Gold (TGLD) is the 2nd Real-World Asset (RWA) that LeoStrategy will debut at Noon EST Time tomorrow (Monday), November 17th.

TGLD will use the same RWA Tokenomics as TTSLA:

1. Backed (overcollateralized) by LEO on LeoStrategy's Balance Sheet
2. Pays Daily Yield Every Night At Midnight EST
3. Policy-Pegged 1:100 with GLD (GLD currently = $375.96. TGLD will = $3.75 and mimic the price movements)
4. Policy Rate Governance - Onchain, Predictable Rate Policy That Governs the Peg (Increases Daily Yield When Correlation is Low)
5. Liquidity Pool on Base
6. Liquidity Pool on Hive-Engine

In this post, we'll explore the upgrades we've made to the TGLD presale to strengthen the presale's value proposition for buyers while also making TGLD's peg dynamic stronger post-sale.

10% Discount

The TGLD presale will be priced at a 10% discount to the GLD:TGLD 1:100 peg (if GLD is trading at $375, then the TGLD presale will be priced at a 10% discount to $3.75 = $3.375).

Limited Presale

The Presale will be limited to 29,500 TGLD or 7 Days (whichever comes first).

If TGLD sells out before the 7 days are up, there won't be more TGLD available in the presale. If 7 days passes and not all TGLD is sold, the remainder will be burned.

The social bonus mechanics (described toward the end of this post) will apply based on the total sellout amount.

New* Yield Boosting Mechanic (Optionally Lock-In Higher Yields FOREVER)

TGLD's Presale introduces a new mechanic: Staking.

You earn yield no matter how you hold TGLD. So you absolutely DO NOT NEED to stake your TGLD to earn yield (same as TTSLA and SURGE: you earn yield just by holding).

However, we've introduced an optional staking mechanic to TGLD that is only available during the presale. This mechanic allows you to stake TGLD and lock-in higher yield rates.

Yield Boosting General Details

• You can use one of the presale mechanics to boost your TGLD daily dividends FOREVER
• The Boost mechanic applies on the HE side by Buying & Staking TGLD on a specific day of the presale
• The Boost mechanic applies on the Base side by Buying and LP'ing TGLD in a specific 48hr window after the presale is over
• This yield boost is additive meaning it adds to the public yield for TGLD if yield = 5% and you lock in a 12% boost, your yield = 17% APR, paid daily)
• This yield boost lasts forever meaning that it lasts FOREVER or until you unstake (or un-LP on the Base Side) TGLD. If you unstake any amount of TGLD, you will lose your Presale Yield Boost

This means that Yield Boosting is a "grandfather" mechanic. If you buy the presale and stake TGLD, that staked TGLD will be grandfathered into higher yields FOREVER or until you unstake TGLD.

Yield Boost Mechanics

Hive-Engine Presale | Boosted TGLD Staking:

1. Eligibility: Wallet must buy TGLD during the presale and stake it on Hive-Engine during the presale
2. Boost Assignment: When a user stakes TGLD, we snapshot the stake date + amount and assign the corresponding APR boost
3. Boost Tiers (Based on Stake Day):
   • Day 1: +12% APR
   • Day 2–3: +8% APR
   • Day 4–5: +5% APR
   • Day 6–7: +3% APR
4. Additive APR: Final APR = Public APR + Boost APR. Boost is locked to the specific amount staked on that specific day
5. Multiple Stakes: Each stake made during presale gets its own boost tier based on the day it was added. (Example: Day 1 stake = +12%, Day 3 stake = +8%.)
6. After Presale: Any TGLD staked after Day 7 earns no boost
7. Loss Condition: If the user unstakes ANY amount of TGLD, they permanently lose ALL boosts. Even if they re-stake later, boosts cannot be regained and are grandfathered at the rate they locked during the presale

Base Presale | Boosted TGLD Liquidity Providing

On the Base side of the presale, we are offering something a bit more unique. You'll earn **boosted APR FOREVER by Providing Liquidity (as opposed to staking on HE). So if you fancy providing liquidity, you can use the mechanics below to:

1. Buy TGLD during the presale
2. LP TGLD directly after the presale (48 hour window --- not before and not after)
3. Lock in an APR Boost for providing liquidity

Mechanics:

1. Eligibility: Wallet must buy TGLD during the Base presale.
2. LP Window: Eligible wallets have 48 hours after launch to add liquidity to the official TGLD/USDC pool (only during this window).
3. Boost: If they add liquidity in the 48-hour window, they receive a +10% APR boost on that liquidity until they remove it.
4. Loss Condition: Removing any amount of that LP permanently removes the boost (even if they re-add later).
5. Scope: Boost applies only to the LP added during the 48-hour window. Any additional liquidity added later earns normal APR.

Many will choose to buy some of the presale on HE and stake and some of the presale on Base and LP. Both are great options!

Social Milestones

This TGLD Presale has a social gamification element. If Lions work together to sell the presale out, bonus TGLD will be sent to all presale buyers.

Milestone Bonuses (Unlocked for ALL Presale Buyers)

If these milestones are hit, extra TGLD is sent to your wallet after the presale ends. This TGLD is a bonus based on how much TGLD you bought in the presale:

• 25% Sold: +1% extra TGLD bonus
• 50% Sold: +2% extra TGLD bonus
• 75% Sold: +3% extra TGLD bonus
• 100% Sold: +4% extra TGLD bonus

This introduces a community-driven multiplier: the more people join, the more EVERYONE earns.

For example: let's say 100% of the TGLD presale sells out. If it does and you purchased 1,000 TGLD, then you will get an extra 4% of 1,000 = 40 TGLD ($150 in value) airdropped to your wallet automatically.

FAQ

1. Do I need to stake or LP my TGLD to earn yield?

No. All TGLD earns daily yield automatically just by holding it (same as TTSLA and SURGE).

Staking (HE) or LP’ing (Base) is optional and only exists during the presale as a way to lock in permanently boosted APR.

2. What happens if I unstake or remove LP later? Do I lose my boost?

Yes. The presale boost is a grandfathered, one-time mechanic.

If you unstake ANY amount on HE or remove ANY amount of your LP on Base, you permanently lose all boosts tied to that wallet—even if you re-stake or re-LP later.

Note: you will of course still earn the normal public APR (you will just lose your special grandfathered APR boost).

3. Can I buy TGLD on both HE and Base and get boosts on both?

Yes.

You can:

Buy + stake on Hive-Engine → earn HE staking boost

Buy + LP during 48-hour window on Base → earn LP boost

These boosts apply independently and permanently to their respective positions.

4. How do the social milestones work and who gets the bonus TGLD?

Social milestones trigger extra TGLD sent to every presale buyer, scaled to their purchase amount.

Example: If the presale hits 100% sold, every buyer gets +4% extra TGLD sent to their wallet. These rewards apply equally to HE and Base presale buyers.
