proof of stake isn’t going anywhere. Just the source of rewards
Rewards pool from buybacks instead of rewards pool from inflation. Literally nothing else changes from an author/curation perspective

So the amount of rewards you are given is directly from how much you have staked? just the source of the rewards is different? what about curation? I'm assuming that will be gone? or how does that work?
