Wow! That's a powerful approach to achieving wellness, the combination of hot yoga and intermittent fasting. I do this sometimes. I just can't do it regularly due to laziness maybe. 😅

Thanks, if anything keeping this daily blog here on Hive really helped me to avoid drifiting away completely at times in laziness or letting myself go. There is a pattern still of ups and downs though but right now I'm in a very positive momentum!
