Hola, soy Laura. 👋🏽

Me llamo Laura Quintana Castro y nací en Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, en el año 2000. Crecí amando el arte en toda su extensión, me gusta bailar, escribir poemas y prosa, actuar, dibujar. Adoro el cine y aprender todo lo que pueda sobre lo que hay detrás de cámaras.
Pero definitivamente, mi gran pasión es la música. Cantar es el primer sinónimo de felicidad que me viene a la mente. Todavía recuerdo cómo me sentí siendo una niña, al descubrir que podía cantar.
Además de las artes disfruto aprender lenguas. Hablo inglés, portugués y español (mi lengua materna). Me he propuesto seguir estudiando ruso y aprender más adelante otros idiomas.

Actualmente vivo en Brasil, en la triple frontera con Paraguay y Argentina. Aquí estudio Relaciones Internacionales en la Universidad Federal de la Integración Latinoamericana, un lugar maravilloso lleno de culturas diferentes, que me ha enseñado a crecer y valorar los nuevos comienzos. Busco expandir mis horizontes y conocer hasta dónde puedo llegar.
En el camino, voy aprovechando la belleza de cada lugar que conozco por donde voy.
Por eso es demasiado interesante poder formar parte de un nuevo universo, como este. Gracias por la acogida.

My name is Laura Quintana Castro, and I was born in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, in the year 2000. I grew up loving art in all its forms—I enjoy dancing, writing poetry and prose, acting, and drawing. I adore cinema and learning everything I can about what happens behind the scenes.
But without a doubt, my greatest passion is music. Singing is the very first synonym of happiness that comes to my mind. I still remember how I felt as a little girl when I discovered that I could sing.
Besides the arts, I also enjoy learning languages. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish (my mother tongue). I have set myself the goal of continuing to study Russian and later learning other languages as well.
I currently live in Brazil, on the triple border with Paraguay and Argentina. Here, I study International Relations at the Federal University for Latin American Integration, a wonderful place full of diverse cultures that has taught me to grow and to value new beginnings. I seek to broaden my horizons and find out how far I can go. Along the way, I take in the beauty of every place I get to know.
That’s why it is truly fascinating to become part of a new universe like this one. Thank you for the warm welcome.
