Mi amanecer de todos los lunes

Lo que no se ve, también cuenta, hoy como cada lunes, comparto mi amanecer, esta vez no tiene colores intensos ni nubes dramáticas, puedes ver ese cielo tranquilo, casi silencioso, pero está allí, y como siempre eso me hizo pensar en algo que a veces olvidamos no todo lo valioso se nota a simple vista.

Dar gracias por todo forma parte de lo que yo considero valioso y porque digo que se nota a simple vista, lo digo en primera persona y como dicen por allí con conocimiento de causa, estar agradecido me hace sentir muy bien y eso es justo lo valioso, hay días en los que el esfuerzo no se ve, y a pesar de que yo me levanto temprano, para hacer lo que se tiene que hacer, ayuda en casa, trabajar, estudiar si estudiar a pesar de mi edad aún sigo estudiando, y al final del día puede parecer que nada cambió, pero eso no significa que no esté pasando nada, porque lo que no se ve, también cuenta y para mí tiene un gran valor.

Yo lo vivo cada semana, me levanto a las 5:00 a.m., hago mi deporte y mientras está saliendo el solo tomo la foto del amanecer, y aunque parezca una rutina simple, para mí es un acto de constancia, es mi forma de decir aquí estoy, incluso cuando no todo está en orden, a veces el carro no funciona, a veces hay mucha, pero mucha cola para poder llegar a tiempo al colegio o a la universidad, a veces no hay tiempo para pensar, pero igual me levanto, igual tomo la foto, igual escribo, igual ayudo a mi esposa en el hogar igual salgo a buscar empleo ahora que no tengo.

Y eso también vale, porque cada paso que doy, cada cosa que aprendo, cada decisión que tomo en silencio, todo eso construye, aunque no se note, aunque nadie lo celebre, aunque parezca que no estoy avanzando, el amanecer no necesita ser espectacular para cumplir su función, y yo tampoco, yo sigo apareciendo cada mañana, como el sol, a veces con fuerza, a veces con dudas, pero siempre con intención, porque aunque el cielo esté nublado, el sol sigue saliendo, y yo también.
Así que si estás leyendo esto, tómate un momento, respira hondo, reconoce tu propio esfuerzo, incluso si nadie más lo ve, porque tú sabes lo que estás haciendo, y eso basta.

Como dice el refrán… El sol no espera por nadie. Pero siempre sale para todos.

Así que me levanto, tomo esta foto del cielo que no se rinde, y escribo para recordarme que aún estoy aquí. Y mientras esté aquí, hay camino.

Solo dedícate a ser feliz. Encuentra tu luz, segundo a segundo.

My Monday Morning Sunrise

What’s unseen still matters. Today, like every Monday, I share my sunrise. This time, it doesn’t have intense colors or dramatic clouds. You can see that calm sky, almost silent—but it’s there. And as always, it made me think about something we often forget: not everything valuable is visible at first glance.

Giving thanks for everything is part of what I consider valuable. And when I say it’s visible, I say it from personal experience—as they say, I speak from the heart. Being grateful makes me feel good, and that’s exactly what makes it valuable. There are days when effort goes unnoticed. Even though I wake up early to do what needs to be done—help at home, work, study (yes, study—even at my age I’m still learning)—by the end of the day, it might seem like nothing changed. But that doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Because what’s unseen still matters. And to me, it holds great value.

I live this every week. I wake up at 5:00 a.m., do my exercise, and while the sun is rising, I take a photo of the dawn. And even if it seems like a simple routine, for me it’s an act of consistency. It’s my way of saying “I’m here,” even when things aren’t in order. Sometimes the car doesn’t work. Sometimes there’s a long, long line just to get to school or university on time. Sometimes there’s no time to think. But still—I get up, I take the photo, I write, I help my wife at home, and now that I’m unemployed, I go out and look for work.

And that matters too. Because every step I take, every thing I learn, every decision I make in silence—all of it builds something. Even if it’s not obvious, even if no one celebrates it, even if it feels like I’m not moving forward. The sunrise doesn’t need to be spectacular to do its job. And neither do I. I keep showing up every morning, like the sun. Sometimes with strength, sometimes with doubt—but always with intention. Because even when the sky is cloudy, the sun still rises. And so do I.

So if you’re reading this, take a moment. Breathe deeply. Recognize your own effort, even if no one else sees it. Because you know what you’re doing. And that’s enough.

As the saying goes… The sun waits for no one. But it always rises for everyone.

So I get up, take this photo of a sky that doesn’t give up, and I write to remind myself that I’m still here. And as long as I’m here, the path continues.
