Mi amanecer de todos los lunes

Hoy lunes 04 de mayo, primer lunes del mes, este día solo me da un motivo para agradecer, agradezco por eso y por mucho más, porque llegué, porque estoy aquí, porque respiro, doy gracias al universo y a mi vida cuántica por todo, por mi hogar, por mis hijas y por mi esposa, y por supuesto por mi familia y familiares y amigos.

Nueva semana, nueva batalla y el mismo agradecimiento, feliz lunes para todos, aquí estoy de nuevo, abriendo el pecho y dándole la cara a una nueva semana, y como ya es costumbre, aquí les suelto mi reflexión motivacional, porque si algo tenemos nosotros los venezolanos es que, aunque la cosa se ponga pelúa, no nos dejamos quitar el derecho de agradecer.

Hoy, antes de que el sol terminara de asomarse por completo, ya yo estaba en haciendo mis ejercicios, ustedes saben que estos días no han sido fáciles, el cuerpo me ha estado pasando factura y, como les dije el lunes pasado, el "almanaque" no perdona y a veces las dolencias se ponen intensas, hay madrugadas en las que el sueño se me escapa pensando en los achaques o en cómo la vida a veces nos pone a dar más vueltas que un trompo, pero aquí sigo, vivito y coleando, respirando este aire mañanero que es puro regalo del universo.

Agradezco a mi vida cuántica por mantenerme firme, miro a mi alrededor y veo a mi esposa, a mis hijas, mi hogar ese es mi verdadero motor, a veces uno se siente como un carro viejo subiendo una cuesta, pero cuando te acuerdas de quiénes van contigo en el viaje, le metes la sobremarcha y sigues, no les voy a mentir, hay momentos en los que provoca tirar la toalla porque uno no es de hierro, pero ahí es cuando me fajo a hablar con mi mente, le digo, mira, vale, quédate quieto que aquí el que manda soy yo, no permito que un malestar o un pensamiento negativo me eche a perder el día, la mente positiva no es un juego, es una herramienta de supervivencia, y la vida te puede dar tus buenos trancazos, pero mientras abras los ojos y veas ese amanecer pintado en el cielo, tienes una nueva oportunidad de echarle pichón. Si el cuerpo flaquea, el espíritu empuja.

Así que hoy, lunes motivacional, les digo qué no importa si se sienten un poco apaleados por las circunstancias, sacúdanse la flojera y el pesimismo, y vamos a darle con todo, que este mes apenas empieza y nosotros no nacimos para rendirnos, a echarle pierna, que lo que viene es bueno.

Como dice el refrán… El sol no espera por nadie. Pero siempre sale para todos.

Así que me levanto, tomo esta foto del cielo que no se rinde, y escribo para recordarme que aún estoy aquí. Y mientras esté aquí, hay camino.

Solo dedícate a ser feliz. Encuentra tu luz, segundo a segundo.

My Monday Morning Sunrise

Today, Monday, May 4th—the first Monday of the month—gives me a powerful reason to be grateful. I am thankful for this and so much more: because I made it, because I am here, and because I breathe. I thank the universe and my "quantum life" for everything—for my home, my daughters, and my wife, and of course, for my entire family and my friends.
New week, new battle, same gratitude. Happy Monday to everyone! Here I am again, opening my heart and facing a new week head-on. As usual, here is my motivational reflection, because if there’s one thing we Venezuelans have, it’s that even when things get "pelúa" (tough), we don't let anyone take away our right to be grateful.

Today, before the sun had fully peeked out, I was already up doing my exercises. You all know these days haven't been easy; my body has been taking its toll and, like I told you last Monday, the "almanac" (age) doesn't forgive, and sometimes the aches get intense. There are early mornings where sleep escapes me while thinking about these ailments or how life sometimes makes us spin more than a "trompo" (spinning top). But here I am, alive and kicking, breathing this morning air that is a pure gift from the universe.

I thank my quantum life for keeping me steady. I look around and see my wife, my daughters, my home—that is my true engine. Sometimes you feel like an old car struggling up a hill, but when you remember who is traveling with you, you shift into overdrive and keep going. I won't lie to you; there are moments when you feel like throwing in the towel because we aren't made of iron. But that’s when I get down to business and talk to my mind. I tell it: "Look, buddy, stay still, because I’m the one in charge here." I don’t allow a physical discomfort or a negative thought to ruin my day.

A positive mind isn't a game; it’s a survival tool. Life can hit you with some hard "trancazos" (blows), but as long as you open your eyes and see that sunrise painted in the sky, you have a new chance to "echarle pichón" (give it your all). If the body falters, the spirit pushes.

So today, on this motivational Monday, I’m telling you: it doesn't matter if you feel a bit beaten down by circumstances—shake off the laziness and the pessimism. Let’s give it everything we've got! This month is just beginning, and we weren't born to give up. Let's get to work ("a echarle pierna"), because the best is yet to come!

Today is Monday and it is my motivational Monday, a Monday where a new opportunity begins despite how bad I may feel.

As the saying goes… The sun waits for no one, but it always rises for everyone.

So, I get up, I take this photo of a sky that doesn't give up, and I write to remind myself that I am still here. And as long as I am here, there is a path.

Just focus on being happy. Find your light, second by second.
