By drinking healthy juices every day, we are helping our body to stay healthy, since in general all the fruits we eat are loaded with vitamins and minerals, and because of their color they provide different vitamins and minerals. Lemon and tangerine, rich in vitamin C, besides refreshing us, relieve us in respiratory conditions, and calm us when we have indigestion, heartburn and gas, I have prepared this juice in a hurry because when I got home with my sister-in-law, she began to feel bad, we had been at an event and we tried some snacks, probably something went wrong.

Una Bebida Para La Indigestión

Al tomar jugos saludables cada día, estamos ayudando a nuestro cuerpo a conservarse sano, ya que en general todas las frutas que ingerimos tienen su carga de vitaminas y minerales, y por su color aportan diferentes vitaminas y minerales. El limón y la mandarina ricas en vitamina C, además de refrescarnos nos alivian en las afecciones respiratorias, y nos calman cuando tenemos indigestión, acidez estomacal y gases, este jugo lo he preparado con bastante prisa porque al llegar a casa con mi cuñada, ella comenzó a sentirse mal, habíamos estado en un evento y probamos algunos refrigerios, probablemente algo le cayó mal.

I wanted to take care of her by preparing a lemon juice with tangerine, we know the benefits that these medicinal fruits provide us. I did not hesitate to give it to her, fortunately, after a few hours, she began to feel better, her gas had diminished and her stomach was improving. Thanks to the fact that I had lemons and I took advantage of the only tangerine that was left, I gave her the natural juice, I preferred to take it with plenty of ice, since I was very hot and wanted to cool down and a quick option is the lemon, just squeezing it and mixing it with water provides us with freshness to our body.

Quise atenderla preparándole un jugo de limón con mandarina, sabemos de los beneficios que nos proporcionas estas frutas medicinales. No vacilé en dársela, afortunadamente, después de unas horas, comenzó a sentirse mejor, los gases le habían disminuido y su estómago fue mejorando. Gracias a que tenía limones y aproveché la única mandarina que quedaba, le di el jugo al natural, yo preferí tomarlo con bastante hielo, ya que estaba muy acalorada y quería refrescarme y una opción rápida es el limón tan solo exprimirlo y ligarlo con agua nos proporciona la frescura a nuestro cuerpo.

He notado que con la constancia de hacer jugos cada día, prácticamente nuestro cuerpo está adquiriendo dosis de vitaminas a diario y es una ventaja porque fortalece nuestro organismo y estamos previniendo algunas enfermedades. Comencemos con nuestro jugo.


Ingredients:

2 large lemons
1 tangerine
4 spoonfuls of sugar
1 liter of water.
Crushed ice


Ingredientes:

Preparation:

El limón es excelente para la indigestión , cuando me ocurre, recurro a exprimir uno con agua y le agrego un poquito de bicarbonato.
Y esta bebida tiene un plus de sabor , el de la mandarina , yo amo esta fruta ♥️

Adoro las limonadas, son refrescantes y deliciosas, realmente caen muy bien en el estómago. Y ese toque de mandarina seguro le dio un tono distinto, muy apetecible y beneficioso.
