If Viktor Orbán declares war on Ukraine, there will be no elections in Hungary, which Orbán would almost certainly lose. It is therefore in his interest to provoke conflicts. Losing the elections would almost certainly mean criminal prosecution for enriching himself at the expense of Hungary.
