I only use loose tea and buy coffee beans, which I grind on a hundred-year-old wooden and iron hand grinder. I don't do this primarily for my health, but because of family tradition. And now I realize that I'm actually doing my health a favor.

Wow, thats the way to go, more healthy and better taste I guess. I now think that the home coffee machines are crap, full of plastics.
