RE: Elevators and Emergency Rooms.

Certainly an elevator next to a hospital are instances of use, trust that is difficult to maintain when the chain is corrupted, even more so if the only thing sought is money at the expense of security, even if not everyone is involved, because of one, everyone else is called into question.
