Bad trading structure

For sometime now I have been finding it difficult making proper trading decision as not only is my win rate low but also the tendercy of me too lose a trade is now way very high as most times my deposit exceeds my withdrawal leavjnb me i a hugs deficit in my account balance. I understanf trading is a zero sum gams and i used to be good at it but right now i think trading futures has become an addiction to me as i cant seem to quit, given as it has made me incure huge debt.

This trade was meant to be a short selling trading but after some few hours that the trade goes against me I had to open a long hedge trade to counter my previous analysis there by force both trades to be at loss and I have been holding this positions for daysthough the short later played but the hedge long now puts me at a loss and and looking for means to cut my loss short as my trading balance is low and I have been trying to build my account, hopefully nwxt month I will figure it out.
