A "free" space where you have buyers is the best thing. You sell your products and you aren't burdened by the cost of rent, which is a big part of cash outflows in a business. Now, if you can get one of those big umbrellas, then you might have something there. Granted that this is a temporary setup, I'd say you have adjusted well to the situation.
