Preparation For My Friend's Traditional Marriage
Greetings every member of the Lifestyle community, it's good to have you here in this space. You're all welcome to my blog.
It's good to be a part of this great family, and it's my first time posting in this community, and I hope I'm welcome.
This month, I want to share my view with you on what I title Preparation for my friend's traditional marriage.
So yesterday seems to have been a very busy day for me. And for so many months now, I've been going to the market with my girlfriend in search of materials for her marriage.

It wasn't easy, though I felt weak because I'd never done that before. It was a stressful week for me.
So a few days ago, a meeting was held in our Alumni WhatsApp group concerning her traditional marriage. So everyone airs out their views as well as their individual contributions.
The date that was fixed for the marriage took us by surprise, and a lot of us had so many things to do. It's no news that things are hard to get these days because of money.
So a lot of people complained that the uniform came late, and as a matter of fact, as entrepreneurs that they are, they had ordered their goods before the information came.
So when I heard that, I told them that we could put on our best outfits even when we know we're not supposed to do that. So I was trying to let them understand that if we stay away from her traditional marriage because of clothes, it wouldn't be nice.
So I urged everyone to put on their best behavior, and also put on their best dress.
So yesterday was the D-Day. The marriage was successful. Rain wanted to fall in the afternoon, but I was glad it stopped before the actual time.

You needed to see how happy the bride was, like us. There was joy deep down in her heart, though it reflected on her face as well.
Seeing her in that condition, made me believe her marriage wouldn't have been complete without our presence.
Sometimes it's not a gift that keeps a relationship going, but it's that proof of love that matters.
So immediately we reached the venue, we took some photos by ourselves.

I also took a photo of the bride and the groom as well as the marriage venue. Everything was magnificent. The whole place was well decorated, and it smelled so sweet.

God indeed honored my friend's traditional marriage, and I'm glad we didn't let her celebrate it alone. But we make sure we back her up as our lovely friend.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
I remain your favorite girl @joyben.
