Overcoming Negative Emotions

Hi! Good morning to you. I'm so excited to be here again to share my experiences with you. It has been a while since I talked about emotions, but today, I've decided to write about them.

Please go through it and see this piece as something that will change your sense of reasoning and perception as an individual.

I want to speak on what I title Overcoming negative emotions. There's a book I'm currently reading it's titled "No Excuse".

I want to tell you that I've learned a lot from that book. It is a book that is written by Brain Tracy. It's an inspirational book.

In this world, two sets of people exist: people with negative emotions and those with positive emotions.

Come to think of it, are the ones with positive emotions better than those with negative emotions? The answer is no. None of them is better than the other.

Those with negative emotions need care, attention, and people to help them overcome whatever they're going through.

If you have the mindset to help them please do.

I will now move straight to the topic I was handling at hand.

What are negative emotions?
Negative emotions, in my view, refer to those thoughts, feelings, pain, and anguish. It deals with the state of the mind.

You know once your mindset is not at rest, peace of mind will be far from you. Negative emotions would also make you believe that other people are far better than you.

But the truth is no one is better than you at all. We're all getting to the same place, and competition is not included.

This negative emotions can be caused by various factors ranging from
(1) Anxiety
(2) Anger
(3) Fear
(4) Frustration
(5) Guilt

Why do we blame our parents for every misfortune we have?
Brain Tracy, in his book, said it's because we think our parents are the cause of our negative emotions. After all, they didn't raise us to the standard they were supposed to raise us.

I learned that that's not a valid reason for having negative emotions. According to him, negative emotions come as a result of us not getting ourselves engaged every day, and every time.

Remember, an idle man is the devil's workshop.She urged everyone to get up and find something to do, that by so doing, people would overcome negative emotions.

He also urged everyone to always be responsible for every single action they take. Stop blaming people, and start working towards actualizing your dreams.

One striking thing he said was that each time we get up from our bed, we should declare that we will be responsible.

I've been doing that a lot, and it has helped me. So I also want you to try this and see if those negative emotions will come back.

Side effects of negative emotions
(1) Stress: When you think too much, you'll stress yourself a lot. Never allow anything in life to stress you. Always be yourself, and look for a better way to overcome negative emotions.

(2) Heart attack: Do you know that most of the heart attacks people have are not from witches and wizards? Of course they're not. Most of the heart attacks people experience come as a result of not controlling their emotions.

(3) Brain malfunction: Negative emotions can also cause brain malfunction. You will notice that someone who thinks every time or complains every time about his or her well-being, such a person is likely to have a brain malfunction.

In conclusion, Do away with every negative emotion because it would make you speak less about what we can do. Don't think otherwise, and make sure you're not lazy.

Thank you for posting about this subject, which I love by the way. For me emotions are a signal of the brain to deal with something. You give attention, and you go on with your day.
