Tuve un día bastante agitado pero no había hecho ejercicio. Menos mal tengo una pesas en casa y pude ejercitarme. Ahora luego de una rica ducha, publico que logré el objetivo de hoy.

I had a pretty hectic day but I hadn’t exercised. Thank goodness I have a weight at home and I was able to exercise. Now after a rich shower, I publish that I achieved today’s goal.
