On this occasion, one of my main activities is to go to the market, transport to different places to buy and on these occasions all eat fish.

And wanting to make a fish soup, I bought fish bones, they sold me the enormous quantity that you see in the photo, I looked for the largest pot at home and a pretty good concentrate came out.

Also, as is obvious, I have a lot of fumet or concentrate left over, I taste it and freeze it to make what they call in my country a phosphoforera.
