The moon can obviously be reached much earlier, in journeys of two or three days you can reach the moon and you can launch to the moon every 10 days. On the moon, with this speed of travel, everything can be done faster and curiously, we do not forget the long-term survival of consciousness or human civilization in the event of a catastrophe that ends life on Earth and humanity, and that idea of ​​multiplanetary humanity on Mars may perhaps make some sense, but on the Moon it makes absolutely no sense. Why doesn't it make any sense to build a human colony on the moon? because you can't establish families on the moon, you can't create children on the moon, you surely won't be able to have children on the moon.

When we talk about a colony, it is a city with children, with families, where you create your children, that perhaps can be done on Mars, even so, with some difficulty, because the issue of gravity is decisive, on Tuesday it is a third, but on the moon it is a sixth.

Surely at the end of this century the only thing that will leave Earth will be humans and with just the right clothes, because everything else will be achieved on the Moon or on Mars when we get to Mars.
