#MyWeb3Goals - How Did It Go In 2025?

Let's be brutally honest with our last #myweb3goals post for the year....

I won some and I lost some!

While I did hit my goal of 150,000 $LEO Power this year, I swapped a bunch of my profits to SURGE. So I have a new goal in 2026 when it comes to my $LEO, and that's to get to 100,000 again.

Right now, as of this writing, I'm sitting at 75,466.278 LEO which I will be able to add more over the next few months. But it won't be in huge chunks, I have to go back to the slow and steady approach. Through creation, curation and delegation, I'll stack a few extra LEO here and there. But the bigger chunks will come from purchases.

Right now, I'm taking all the extra layer 2 tokens on Hive Engine and swapping them for $LEO which isn't a ton but it's adding up slowly.

So under 25,000 LEO needs to be generated in the next 12 months....I like my chances :)

As for my new goal for 2026, we're going back to the mother blockchain lol

I had quite the past 24 months or so....New job, new focus, new passions. And because of that, I had to power down a lot of my Hive to help my family transition. I was up to close to 150,000 HP and over the past two years I brought it down to around 10,000 HP.

That's a big drop! But alas, no regrets as it literally helped my family more than I can explain. Forever grateful for this chain...

And with that, I'm building back!

If I can hit 25,000 HP by the end of 2026 I'll be pretty happy. But of course, I want to push myself. But as the votes are way down and my content has changed dramatically I need to be conservative. So 25,000 is my target!

I'm currently sitting at 10,945.541 HP so that means I need around:

• 14,054.459 HP in 12 months
• 1,171.205 per month
• 292.80 per week
• 41.83 per day

Welp, I'm averaging about 20 or so HP a day so.....Efforts must be doubled lol

Maybe the whales will love me again, but that's not likely with the type of content I've been creating lately. That's the next thing I need to accept, when you aren't being a raving fan boy for the chain and talking about crypto all day, you kind of fly under the radar.

That being said, I'd much rather create content that I am now. And the 'payment' and rewards for those kind of posts are worth a whole lot more than all the Hive and LEO on the planet...Remember, like I said my passions have changed.

Still, this is my blockchain home. This is where I feel welcomed. This is where I want to put all my effort and energy. And as it's still the greatest #web3 blockchain found anywhere, it's a no brainer for me to rebuild stronger in 2026.
