#MyWeb3Goals - Feelin' Cute, Might Go All In
I know that I should know this....Because of the time of the year, but I just realized....We've got less than 2 weeks in 2025.
I've got so much planned for January 1st, reading goals, personal goals, spiritual goals....But one thing I'm going to enjoy this January 1st is enjoying my journey on the blockchain....Again. I mentioned this last week, that I believe I have the attention span of a goldfish in this crypto space.
As soon as there is something new launched...I get excited. That excitement lasts for a few weeks or a month and then poof, it vanishes. So after some soul searching of sorts, I decided to get back to the basics.
As mentioned, my new goals going forward are as straightforward as they can get....
Stack $LEO Power
Stack $HIVE Power
There's a few reasons why I think this is the right decision for me going forward, so I'll go over them in this post.
1. Less Stress
As you guys are well aware from following me, I'm pretty much the worst investor in the history of crypto. Everything I 'go into' seems to flop. Or I just don't have the patience to see it through. So having two goals in 2026 for me, will allow me to just...Do what I do. Not overthinking things, just enjoying the journey! Which brings me to...
2. Sticking to what I know
I'm a simple dude. I like simple things. I like to create on the chain and curate as much as I can. These two goals, allow me to do that and keep things simple. I understand Hive. I understand LEO. These are my 'homes' in #web3 so it's a no brainer to focus on building those!
3. Building Back
Both Hive and LEO allowed me to take care of my family over the past few years. It even helped us secure the down payment for a home. So I know these platforms can change lives for the better. That's something I will always maintain, if you stick to things here, it will pay off. Because of that, I had to powerdown a LOT and sell a lot. So it's almost like i'm starting from scratch just with loads of experience under my belt. It's kind of exciting!
4. Planning For 2026
Now while I'm not sure of the goals I want to set in stone, I think 100k $LEO power and 25k $HIVE power are good targets to shoot for in the first half of 2026 if not the entire year. That means I need to be VERY strategic with my approach and I have some ideas on how to increase the accumulation.
5. Sell It All For LEO & HIVE
And finally, getting back to my mentality that I had for the better past of 8 years on chain...Everything extra I had, I put into these tokens. That will be my approach going forward. All secondary tokens I earn on chain, will be sold for Leo and Hive. And in the process, I'll be able to keep stacking the two tokens that I actually...Understand!
Overall, I'm excited! I think as I mentioned above, this feels like a fresh start. I don't have the stress of trying to build a business online anymore. My focus is on sharing my faith. So for me, this is just going to be an enjoyable ride to build back up. Along the way, I hope to curate as much as I can and help others on their journey.
That is after all, what the promise of this blockchain and platform can be....Everyone helping each other!

In just five months here (without being onboarded), I've learned so much from you,thanks for that! no need to dive into details.That LEO token you mentioned in your update is one I've always wanted to invest in. I currently have 21 LEO stake a tiny amount though but the rewards are already so encouraging. It makes me excited to stake more. Thanks for the heads-up, pal!
Appreciate the kind words! It all adds up, trust me on that. The thing is, just being able to not powerdown and let it compound. Easy to say, harder to see through!
I would keep these two words in mind as I journey through Hive (Compounding and unstaking) and lots of patience especially for a long term investor/user like me.

We are always on a higher temperature zone when it comes to this part of the year.

I think those are some nice goals. LEO is developing quite a bit, and I believe in Hive as well.
