My Actifit Report Card: April 16 2026 : A few days to weekend
Hello Everyone
Welcome to my blog 🥰
It's a beautiful day that I am grateful for as always.
This day happens to be the last day for the account documentation for internship payroll and I have one more thing to finish up at my end.
This made me so worried but I was encouraged not to worry so much because the place isn't crowded on like other places.
So, I continued with my normal day's activities by joining MOPC to give health talk at the clinic.
Then, we had a consult, so we went to the medical surgical ward to see the patient, this was us going for ward round and we ended up seeing 3 patients.
We stood for hours listening to our chief dietitian and this was so exhausting and tiring.
We came back and rested for sometime before I and my colleague rushed down to finish up with the account documentation.
