Activity Walk: Lake Eola Park, Farmers Market and Downtown

Tiffany and I had plans to include my stepsons in our weekly Sunday Funday activity walks today but the weather was forecasted for rain today.

We had some fun plans that we will move to next Sunday.

Because Tiffa and I always try to keep our activity routines on point then it we decided to pivot to just our normal routine.

My step kids stood behind under their covers and Tiffany and I chose to take the activity walk at Lake Eola which we hadn’t done the walk this year.

I must note that we were just there for our recent running event.

The races are events we participate in and our activity walks are just to maintain our fitness levels.

Of course our main activity are the Orangetheory Fitness workouts which I’ll be doing tomorrow morning as usual. Tiffa is not working out tomorrow but will be back on the Orangetheory schedule with me on Tuesday.

Today was a wonderful day at the Lake Eola Park including the farmers market and a walk downtown including the Thornton Park area.
