RE: McDonald's deleted their AI-generated xmas ad after criticism. Was it justified?

I personally don't see anything wrong with the ad. People's sentiments might come from a place where they want the spirit of Christmas to be authentic- meaning real humans. AI taking over the scene would sound like it's merely a content, rather than a heartfelt ad.
