Stress!! Is it difficult to manage?

Life is a race, and we are trying our best to win the race. And it is natural to struggle sometimes. Every time situations do not favor us, it is expected that we need to go through a lot of challenges, and challenges come with stress because challenges are not so easy all the time. If there is a way to avoid stress, we will choose the way, and I don't think there is anything wrong with it, because who doesn't want to be far from stress? But all the time, we cannot avoid it. At some point in life, we need to face it if we want to move forward in life. I am trying to give an example of it to explain it in a better way.

In the present time, everyone is quite serious about studying. To get good results, we need to be hardworking and dedicated to studying. Patience is also a requirement. For most of us, studying is very difficult, and it gives us a lot of stress, especially when we are weak in a few subjects. We can choose to avoid our study, which can be helpful to avoid, but it also restricts our growth. If we stop studying, we cannot move forward in life. I know it's not totally impossible, but in this present world, trying to do better in life without education is extremely difficult, especially when people are competing to prove themselves the best. So, is it worthy to stop our progress just because we want to avoid stress? I don't think so. If we try to avoid every stressful thing, we may end up doing nothing in life. So what should I do?

We cannot avoid it. Facing the situation is inevitable, and we need to accept it. We cannot; I was just saying it can be managed properly, which can be considered as eliminating stress rather than avoiding it. Stress is highly related to the mindset of one person, and a good mindset can eliminate stress in most cases. We must accept that in life, we can't control all the situations. Sometimes the situations can turn against us, too. In such a situation, it is not the time to panic. If we become panicked, we will start to make wrong decisions, and that will make the situation worse for us. So the first thing is to maintain calmness. Nothing is going to change if we panic rather than make it worse. It means we need a strong and calm mind to handle such a situation.

In most cases, we can find the solution if we can think clearly. But it is also true that we cannot solve all the problems, and naturally, that brings the stress mostly. In that case, we should learn how to let it go and leave some situations like that to our fate. We are not God, who can solve everything, and we need to believe that maybe something good will happen even if we are facing a troublesome situation. It's like we cannot avoid some situations. But having the belief there will be a way, which is just a matter of time, is very important, and that's a thing that can keep you stress-free in many cases.

In my case, I have a robotic-type mindset, and because of that, I am very good at handling situations; it doesn't matter how old it is, because I rarely lose my temper or am bothered by the situation, because I always believe that there will be a way for me. That's the belief that can make me strong and help me to keep myself stress-free.

Choosing to avoid certain things because of stress means we don’t want to grow. It will stop growth automatically. We cannot avoid stress of life but we can find ways to cope with some mechanisms that suit our situation.
