One change in personality

According to statistics, there are a total of 8 billion people in the world, and each person has the capability to think differently, and that makes one person unique. From that perspective it can be said that everyone has a different personality from each other. So I am also different, and I have a different personality compared to others. In my personality there are some good habits, and obviously there are some bad habits also, and I think there are a few habits I want to change. What is the one habit of my personality I want to change if I have options?

I love myself, and naturally I love my personality. I don't have any wish to change my personality except for one habit because I think it's not good for me. Maybe I don't want to change most of the things because I accept myself, and self-acceptance is the best way to find inner peace. Whatever, let's go straight to what change I want in my personality.

I am a determined person, and I always try my best to accomplish my tasks that I want to do in a day, no matter what it costs me. It is a very good habit in my opinion, and I think I achieved many things because of that habit. Maybe I would not have reached my current position if I were not like that.

And do you know what the side effect of it was? It's my sleeping time. I think everyone knows how important it is to live a healthy and happy life. For various reasons, finishing my daily task is delayed most of the time. Because of my nature, I completed that work late at night, but I wake up every day in the morning at the regular time. So because of my nature, he didn't impact my daily activities, but it reduced my sleeping time. Sometimes it delays because of a valid reason, and sometimes I lose the time for nothing, which means I wasted my time. Whatever the reason, it has an impact on my sleeping time.

I am quite confident that in the last few months my average sleeping time was below 6 hours. Still, I can carry on my activity without any kind of health issues. Now, I am young, and such kind of thing doesn't make any trouble for me, but I think if I go like that in the future, it will bring various kinds of health issues, and I won't remain young all the time. Moreover, if I continuously go like that, naturally my body will start to collapse, which will be just a matter of time. So, I feel I need to be a little flexible with my daily activities so my sleeping time won't be affected too much. In a word, I want to change my sleeping habits in the future for the sake of a healthy life and for that I need to be flexible with my daily activities. I believe that I will be able to make it possible if I try.
