No chance of letting down security
Smartphones are one of the most important things for us, and we use them in many cases in our daily lives. It's such an object that stays with us more than any other thing or any other person. So, from this perspective, a mobile stays with us for a day more than a life partner stays with us. So, when someone asks for the mobile from us, should we give it to them? Let's talk about it.
In this digital world, what is the most precious thing? It's data or our personal information. Facebook, YouTube, and such kinds of social media make billions just by selling our information. We keep the maximum of our personal information on smartphones because keeping the information on smartphones is handy, and we can use those whenever we need it. Because of updated technology, we can make transactions through smartphones and almost all the necessary things we need to do. In a word, we can control a maximum of things through smartphones.
Assume that if any stranger asks for my smartphone to make a call. From the perspective of humanity, I can help him by lending him my device for a while. But the question is, will I do it? The answer is "no.". I hardly believe anyone, and believing in a stranger is nearly impossible unless I see the situation as an emergency. Who knows if the stranger tried to steal my money just by getting OTP from my mobile? There are many cases like that that happened many times. So I don't dare to take such a risk for the sake of kindness. To protect my assets, I will love not to be a kind person. Moreover, who knows if the stranger run away after getting my mobile? So, I will politely refuse if anyone asks for my smartphone. At least I won't regret it. I don't want to be a kind person to a stranger in such a situation.
Let's talk about friends. Friends are those whom we trust more, and we can share our secrets. I have seen many of my friends giving their smartphones to their friends without any hesitation like they don't have anything to hide from friends. They trust them too much, and it's the proof of it. I think having such kind of trustworthy friends means a lucky person, but guarding down everything is not advisable because who knows what will happen next as a close person can betray also. My smartphone is my personal property, and I am not ready to share it with anyone, naturally. But when my friend asked me for my smartphone temporarily, I gave the mobile to him without any hesitation. Do you think I trust my friend too much? In the case of trust, I indeed trust my friend but not too much to let down my security. I am cautious in such a case.
If my friend needs my mobile, there must be only a few specific reasons. Most of my applications are secured, meaning locked. To access those applications, one needs a password. My social media applications, gallery, message applications, and even the browser I frequently use also locked. Nobody can change the settings because I locked my settings also. If I can remember correctly, only call, camera, and browser (that I don't use) applications can be used without any password. I think for other cases my friend needs to ask my permission, as all of those applications are password-protected. I will never allow anyone to access my personal information even if the person is very close to me. I don't know if such a mindset can be a trust issue between friends. If it concerns the trust issue between friends, I will not hesitate to break the friendship. I think my privacy is more important than my friendship, and a true friend should never cross the limit. I am sure at least I won't regret my decisions, and nobody can take advantage of my trust even if they are close to me.

If you think that I violated any rules of this platform or my word hurting you or I made any mistakes here , let me inform about it through comments or my other social network . I will try to correct it if I made any mistakes.

Totally agree with you! Our smartphones hold so much personal info, and it's important to be cautious about sharing them with anyone, even close friends. We come across so many stories regarding digital scams that it's scary. Privacy and security should always come first. Better safe than sorry!"
Yes. Better safe than sorry and so we can't guard down even if people are close to us. Nobody knows what will happen next. Close person can betray also any time.

It's good to be cautious or we would be sorry. It's great that you have set up security settings for your phone and only you can access certain apps.
I can't trust anyone blindly even if they are close to me. It's necessary as close people choose to betray at the end.
