Lucky to live in a healthy environment

"Environment" means the surroundings of us that include both living and nonliving things. The environment can create a direct and indirect impact on us, and it can be on our mental health or on our physical health. So having a healthy environment is required to live a good life. What kind of environment can be considered healthy? I am going to share my opinion about it.

I think the first requirement of a healthy environment is cleanliness, and it must be maintained strictly. If the surrounding environment is dirty, it's very harmful for physical health, and various kinds of diseases get a favorable environment if the surroundings are not clean. Lack of cleanliness can affect us mentally and physically from both perspectives.

Sound pollution is the most irritating, and in a healthy environment, there should be no place for noise pollution. Noise pollution is very harmful for physical and mental health, especially because it can create mental disturbance and affect us badly. Then the other thing that is needed in a healthy environment is fresh air. We need fresh air. It can refresh our mind and boost our energy.

In a healthy environment, there should not be any security issues where one person can walk freely without any kind of fear. You may think about why a security system is included in a healthy environment. Its healthy environment also means a suitable environment to live in. And naturally the security system was involved there.

I live in a residential area, and the management system is quite good. The main road is a little bit far, and very few vehicles run through it. So, sound pollution, or noise pollution, is not an issue in my place, although in many places it's a major problem, and it allows me to focus on my task without any kind of disturbance.

Because of the proper management system, all the tasks are quite organized. Moreover, there are not so many vehicles. So, in a morning walk, afternoon walk, or evening walk, enjoying the fresh air is normal. Additionally, the place is not so crowded, and the environment is quiet and enjoyable.

My room is quite organized, and I will try to maintain the cleanliness because I feel uncomfortable spending my time in a room if it's dirty or unorganized. I have a room window through which I can watch green nature. I am lucky to enjoy it because after the building of mine, there are no other buildings, and from there it can be considered a village area. There are few trees in green nature. It's good, but I think it would be much better if there were more trees.

So considering the overall situation, it can be said that I am currently living in a healthy environment, and maybe because of that reason, I don't want to leave the place. The situation of other places is not the same. So I can consider myself lucky for having so many facilities.
