It's worth to spend resources
Education is known as the backbone of a nation, and it is well-known. In the past, people might have neglected it, but now most people take it seriously, and guardians always try their best to give their children the best facilities for education. The thoughts about education changed with time. Even now, guardians are ready to go to extra lengths to educate their children and give them the opportunity to get as many degrees as they can. It looks like a positive change, and such a thing should bring some significant but positive change to a country.
It is unfortunate that now most of the students are running after degrees, not for the knowledge and skills, which is the true purpose of education. So, in that way, they can manage some certificates, which can help to qualify them as a job candidate. Without real knowledge and skill, the certificates are not so useful, as those certificates are like a car, but knowledge and skills are the fuel of the car, which is missing in most students in recent times. In the present time, we can’t avoid competition, but facing competition again and again without having enough knowledge is just trying to depend on luck.
Every year, many students graduate from universities, and after that, it becomes difficult to find a suitable job for them. After trying a lot, they say they have wasted their time and money on education, and it can’t even ensure a job for them. They blame the government for that, and I also agree with it somehow, but that’s not the only case. Each year, various companies give circulars to recruit for specific posts. A lot of candidates face job exams and interviews, but they end up getting no jobs. I have seen some companies say that they didn’t find suitable candidates with the required skills. So, I don’t think only the government is responsible for it. We, as well as our thoughts, are partly responsible for it.
It is true that higher education and degrees don’t ensure a job for them, but we need to spend a lot of money on them. Is it worth spending so many resources on education and degrees? Do you think a country’s system can work well without some skillful and educated people? There are many people who are continuously making contributions to the country. Degrees are just a paper that certifies they have at least a little knowledge and skills. So, if you are ready to study seriously and ready to do hard work to gain knowledge and learn skills, it’s worth spending resources, as you can return more using your knowledge and skills. In case you are just reading for a few certificates, I think you should not go for it. I feel it’s a waste of resources, and it’s a waste of the efforts of those who tried to educate you. In the case of study, my concept is quite clear. Do it seriously; otherwise, don’t waste the resources and efforts.
I already gave the answer to if it is worth it. It actually depends on you. Which category do you belong to? I belong to the first category, and I am very confident that my knowledge and skills will be beneficial for my country as well as for the people, indirectly or directly. I can’t be sure about others, but I am sure that it was worth for me to spend resources on my education.

Your point about companies still not finding suitable candidates even with so many graduates really hits. it shows a paper alone cannot carry the load without real practice, which you pushed well. Building projects, internships, and community work create proof of skill, and and they teach you to solve messy problems. It is like buying a car and forgetting the fuel, then the degree just sits there looking nice while there owners wait for luck.

Hmm. When they say they didn't find any suitable one, instead of having many graduates, it's concerning, and I think it is questioing the education system. I also strongly feel our education systme need some major changes.

totally agree. When employers say they can't find a suitable hire despite many graduates, it's a sign of edcuation not matching real work needs, and and that hurts everyone. More projects, internships and simple apprenticeship paths could bridge the gap fast. Would you back that?

When doing something it is important that we do it well. Those that believe that education can be bought instead of earned are not doing anything positive for the education system and it is just disappointing.
That's why I think the education system needs some changes, and practical courses should be focused more on rather than focusing on theoretical knowledge.

Your goal is to achieve a screenshot work on kind of thing that that are more taking and they don't need any kind of certification than you should focus on that you don't need anyone's validation to prove that you have this much knowledge if you are more is beautiful then the world will know.
That's also true and I also want a world like that but the thing is we need to go through a formal procedure and here we consider the degree as a part of it. Unfortunately, we are taking degree seriously ignoring the knowledge and skills which should be the most important to show our capabilities.

I think things will change sooner or later 😉
Some take it for granted, and like you said, they are only after certificates and such, without really adding value to themselves.
