Hard work increases the chance of success
It says that hard work is the pillar of success. I can't say that it's applicable in every case, but it occurs in most cases, and I'm quite sure that without hard work, the chances of achieving success in life are rare. So if we want to achieve success, we need to make efforts. Every effort does not pay off in the end, and there can be various reasons for it. The best example can be guiding a new user in the Hive platform. I made some efforts to guide some of my country people, but most of them ended up doing something bad, like using AI or leaving the platform due to a lack of patience. Each time I made efforts, they ended up leaving the platform, and my efforts became meaningless. Guiding someone takes a good amount of effort, so now if I want to guide someone, I try their patience level first because I don't want my effort to be meaningless. But there were many incidents also, but my efforts paid off and gave me success.
Most of my success stories are related to my academic career. Right now I'm almost about to take my post-graduation exam from a top university in my country, but do you believe that my memorizing power is the worst? I know that many students complain that their memorizing power is not good, but I think most of them just say it to defend themselves because it's the best excuse to protect themselves. My case was quite exceptional, as I used to forget most of the lessons I read. There were many times I cried for it because it was my only weakness, and I was helpless as I could do nothing. I think nobody would believe that my memorizing power was not good, and so I never brought up the topic in front of others, as they would think I was giving an excuse. In the case study, I was not a gifted or talented one. In fact, my capabilities were below average, and it's still the same. The problem is that I am very stubborn, and I am not ready to lag behind others, and I am ready to work hard desperately to cover up my weakness with my efforts.
I indeed cried for it, but I never gave up. I knew I could not memorize well, so I needed to read the same things again and again. While an average student can complete a lesson just by reading it one time, I needed to read it three times. To prepare lessons, I needed a huge amount of time compared to others. When my other friends were enjoying themselves, I was stuck at my table to prepare my lesson again and again. I realized that continuously practicing helps to improve a little bit. I left playing sports, enjoying time outside, and so many things for the sake of covering up my weakness. The time was like I spent most of the time at my table. I think I was possessed by the ghost of study. I am fortunate enough that I didn't become sick because I feel whatever I have done was not good from the perspective of health. I think I made so much effort for it that I could challenge my limit, and each maximum time I made brilliant results and secured the top position in maximum cases. Even I got the opportunity to read about several top universities, but I chose the one that is closest to my home.
I know reading at the top university makes me one of the top students in the country, but it's hard to make others believe that my memorizing power is the worst one. Who would believe that? Whatever I am now, it's all because of the efforts I made to overcome weaknesses. I know nobody can understand my hard work for it, but I know how I came to such a position. In my village, I am the only one who got such a kind of opportunity to read in top universities. Some people think I am super talented, and some people think I am a genius, but I know that I am a below-average person who has lots of flaws. Trying to make others understand it is useless, and so I don't try it, but I really know now that efforts can help to cover all my weaknesses. By the way, I noticed that in the last few years, my memorizing power has been getting better with time, which should be the opposite. I don't know the exact reason for it. Whatever the reason, it's good for me.

First of all congratulation brother. We all have to do something at a certain point of our life where we have to do something to improve ourself and that is the case with you also.
if people around you think that you are talented then don't tell even about your secret it must be hidden in your chest 🤗😬.
Good luck brother , 🍀🤞 hard work always pays. I can tell with my past experiences.
I think people won't believe it either even if I say. I shared with my close friends and none of believes and so I don't expect anyone to believe it.

you have a growth mindset that is why you were able to scale through, become better than most people. Many people when they see the areas that they are not good at, they accept it that way and do not work on it. But a growth mindset person like you identifies his weak areas, works on them and scale through. You know that you limit are bounded by the effort you put through.
Also as regards onboarding on Hive, I can relate a lot to how you describe it with people being patient enough and your efforts being all wasted. Hive is not an easy place to be but rewarding in the long run.
Hmm. If I know my weakness, I need to work on rather than feeling bad for it. I don't want to end things by giving an unlucky tag.
In case of Hive I think without patience it's hard for one to stay. Everyone need to struggle at the beginning doesn't matter it's Hive or something else.
