Doctor's strike is also acceptable as long as it's reasonable
Health is wealth, and nothing can be more important than health. Everyone wants to live a happy life, and to live a happy life, being healthy is the first requirement because with a sick body, one can’t enjoy happiness. In earlier days people were not so serious about health, but at the present time, people are very much concerned about health. Government is also focusing on the health sector because it is helpful to improve the lifestyle of general people.
Nobody wants to be sick, but we can’t avoid sickness all the time because sometimes our immune system can’t protect us from all kinds of diseases. So, our body collapses, and we need to pay a visit to doctors for treatment. The profession of doctor is a noble profession. It’s not easy to be a good doctor. A good doctor needs to dedicate themself fully to the profession. It says that doctors fight against God for the lives of patients. The statement carries reasonable meaning. It’s hard to imagine the situation without doctors, and their contribution is huge.
On the other hand, strikes are one of the best ways to protest or raise voice. In the healthcare system, everything is not fair. Many times, doctors are also treated unfairly in their field. They are humans, and they also have the right to go on strike to raise their voice or protest when unfair things happen to them. As humans, it’s their right, and they are allowed to do so. Is it a good step as a doctor? What do you think about it? Let me discuss it.
Every moment of doctors is very precious for patients, and a few seconds may decide the fate of patients also. If the doctors go on strike, the issue is a very sensitive issue. In such a case many patients may die for lack of proper treatment in time. But I believe that doctors are not foolish people, and they don’t dare to joke with their patients’s lives. I think they know better how precious their time is. At least I am confident that all the doctors won’t go on strike unless it’s something related to the safety of doctors or it’s related to respect for the profession. I think doctors also can go on strike when it’s reasonable. But I think a few doctors should be available for emergency and critical cases because I think it’s not fair to achieve something over the dead body of patients. In my country, such a situation took place almost 2 years ago. Doctors went on strike because of their safety issues. Even if they were on strike, the emergency unit was active all the time when the other remaining services were stopped.
In the case of the health sector of my country, there are a lot of things to improve. Ensuring the safety of doctors is important, but it’s also important to ensure that doctors (those who are greedy) are not looting the general public by the name of treatment. Corruption exists in the healthcare sectors specifically related to healthcare administration, who also try to influence the doctors for their own benefit. I just hope that in the future the healthcare system will be better, and the facilities will be good compared to the current time.

Like in your country, mine also needs improvements in the health sector. More facilities and services for government hospitals and the like.
Hmm. I think there are always have the scope of improvement doesn't matter what it is. Health care sector should be the focus of government also as good health of public may increase the efficiency of a country.

You are right that doctors can't take risks of their patients'lives and they know better time and which is better for them..... But every government should give them high pay that they don't need to do strikes
