Debt of Father
Finance plays an important role in everyone’s life, and there is no way one can deny it because we need it in almost every case. To earn money, we are making an effort continuously, and we expect to enjoy a comfortable life with our family members. Everyone tries to earn that amount of money that can be enough to live a comfortable life, but it’s not so easy. People want to live an ordinary life, but living an ordinary life is not as easy as it seems.
Nobody wants to suffer, and when they understand they have reached their limit and can’t afford to live an ordinary life, they may choose to commit crime to make money, or they try to take loans to overcome their situation, thinking that it is temporary. With time, they realize they can’t go in that way, and they need to borrow money from others, but they don’t get the opportunity to make enough money to repay them. So, in the eyes of others, they become frauds because they don’t repay the money that they borrow. They are forced to do so because of the situation, but there are many people who don’t repay the money because they are not interested in repaying the borrowed money. Whatever the reason, people treat them in the same way, and they don’t want to give them money the next time. It’s natural because nobody wants to lose their money, and they have the right to do so, and they also need their money in their life. Let me share a real story with you.
There was a person who belonged to a middle-class family. Let’s call him Alauddin. His life was quite good, and he got married. Until that time, the situation was ok, but because of his marriage, he faced financial problems, and to overcome them, it took almost a few years. During that time there were 3 children in his family. Maintaining everything was not so easy, but he managed it till his 3 sons became high school students. Managing the family expenses and the expenses of education was difficult for him, and so he was forced to take loans from an NGO, and it was just a matter of time before he took loans from many NGOs.
Later it became very difficult for him to repay the loans to those NGOs at that time, and for that reason he borrowed money from his relatives. He borrowed almost all from relatives, and unfortunately, he wasn’t able to repay their money even after some years. He started to hide from all his relatives because he knew everyone would ask for money from him. He was in huge debt, and his family also suffered many criticisms for it. At the end, he went to a different place to hide from others. And after a few years, he died naturally.
Allauddin became a fraud for others, and he didn’t repay his debt, but he never stopped the education of his children even if he was facing the most difficult time. In fact, he became a fraud in front of others to raise his kids well. The three sons grew well, and all of them became educated and received scholarships from abroad. Three of them are settled in America and are living their lives well. They didn’t come back after leaving the country. A few years ago, three of them came back to the country with their family, and this time they came back to repay all the money their father had taken from others.
Their father has the calculation on the notebook, and there everything was written well about how much money he had taken from which. They kept it with them for so many years. My grandfather was one of them who gave Alauddin a good amount of money, and the surprising thing is my grandmother didn’t know about it. My grandfather was a kind person, and he always tried to help in secret, and maybe that’s the reason he never told it to Grandmother. My grandfather died almost 12 years ago, and nobody knew about it until his sons came to our place to repay the debt of their father.
Their behavior was very polite and impressive, and I could judge it within a few hours of conversation. They apologized for their father’s action and said their father had done it for their sake. If it were not for them, his father would not borrow money from others. They paid almost 2X the money compared to the money their father took. I think they considered the inflation also, and at the end they said, "Thanks for giving a helping hand when it was needed." As far as I know, they paid all the money his father had taken from others after searching for each person.
Seeing that, one line came to my mind, and it was, "Alauddin raised his children very well." His action might have hurt people at that time, but he didn’t have any intention of hurting people. It was just that he was forced to do it for a better life for his family. I know many people might curse Alauddin for what he did, but their bitterness must end when his children repaid the debt and say sorry to them. I am sure Alauddin must be happy to see his children doing well, and they repaid all the debt on behalf of him. It sounds dramatic, but it’s real, and I am happy to witness such a thing.

Wow. Truly, Allaudin raised wonderful kids who believed in being grateful and knowing what their father did for them. If it was some other kids, they will never think of doing such. These will make the loaners happy, too and even if they had bad intentions against their father, that ends that day.
Indeed. He raised wonderful kids because, in today's time, having such a kind mentality is a rare thing. Hmm. I learned about the incident when my grandfather gave money to Alauddin, and I was present when his sons came to my grandmother to return the money.
I am extremely sorry for the late reply. I was busy and wasn't available online.

Wow.... The last thing I expected was the children coming back to clear off their father's debt. It really takes a lot of training, discipline and morals to have done that.
Alauddin never really intended to hurt anybody. He was only trying to give his children a better life. A very good parent, might I say. Not minding the fact that he was ruining his reputation.
This is a grand example of gratitude 😍
I think some people became a fraud only because of the situation. They don't want to do so, but they are forced to do so. But, I must say he raised his child well.
Sorry for the late reply. I was not online for the last two days as I was busy.

That's just the truth and it's quite unfortunate.
Alauddin is an exceptional parent.
No worries 🙂
I love this story, it inspires and I also learn a lesson.
Alaudin was doing well for himself until he got married, this is why many men are scared of marriage, it comes with a lot of responsibilities that a responsible man can’t run away from.
The story came from real life. My grandfather gave money to Alauddin, and his son returned the money to my grandmother after growing up, even though my grandfather died a decade ago. It was indeed a rare sight I witnessed.
I am extremely sorry for the late reply. I wasn't active on online platforms in the last two days.

No problem man, that was a great story.
It’s not easy to be judged when you are just trying to keep your family alive and educated, yet he never gave up on his responsibility as a father. What moved me most was how his sons honored him years later by coming back to repay all the debts. It shows the value of sacrifice education, and gratitude. What a parent plants in silence can bloom beautifully in the lives of their children.
Indeed, it's not an easy thing to maintain the financial issues of a family. Some people are forced to be a fraud for the sake of family, even if their intention was not that. The situation made them commit fraud. But the good thing is that he raised his child well.
Touching write up, the times we live in now is so difficult for many people too. Many who take those debts can't actually help it, they just have to do that to survive somehow like Alauddin did. It's so sad that he did not live to see how his children turned out.
Hmm. And it's not just a story, it's a real incident. I think sometimes the situation puts us in a difficult situation, and there is no escape like it was for Alauddin. Fortunately, his child turned out to be a good person in the end.
