Crisis moment unleashed the potential creative power
Ups and downs are part of life. We all need to go through different kinds of situations in different stages of life. All of us want to have a good time, but there are some crisis moments in life that are inevitable. That's the reality, and we have to accept it; it doesn't matter if we want it or not.
It's true that nobody wants to face any kind of crisis moment in life, but such kinds of moments help us to grow better and understand more about our capabilities. Sometimes we can unleash our potential power and be creative in such kinds of moments. People perform better and become more creative when they are in under pressure situations. I think those moments work as a trigger point to unlock the new feature of creativity to overcome the struggling situation. Let me share an incident that is related to it.
It's the story of one of my relatives. Let's call him Alauddion. His family was doing well financially, and his father was abroad. All of a sudden his father died abroad, and at that time Alauddin was 22 years old. The sudden loss of his father was a huge blow for them. His father had little savings, and with that, they could run for some months (maybe a year), but it was not a long-term solution. He had two more siblings, and all of them were doing studies. So maintaining the finances was indeed difficult, and in the end he decided to stop his studies as he needed to take care of the finances as the elder son of the family.
The crisis situation makes a man more mature, and the same thing happened with Alauddin. He tried to support his family by doing a job, but with a low salary, it was hard to maintain the expenses of his family. He knew that it was not a sustainable way. So, he started a little business with the farm of chicken. Within a year the business started to grow, and in that, he also started fish farming, as his father owned a big pond. For a temporal time, he suffered loss, but he could overcome the situation somehow. And after that both of his businesses became better, and he mostly invested in fish farming. Although it's expensive now, he owns 6 ponds for fish farming, and the production of fish is capable enough to support his family easily.
Right now he is one of the richest people in his village, and the financial problem has been solved. I have discussed this with him several times, and as far as I can understand, he is planning to expand his business, and I believe that he will do better in the future also. I think the crisis moment made him mature and creative at the same time. He used his creative brain and started his business. With his smart mind, he did better, and he is still on the track.
It is just a simple story from a prespective but I feel Aladdin was not so mature until he face the crisis moment. The crisis forced him to be creative to overcome all the difficulties he was facing and he successful done it.
